Pam Pam creates Asian-inspired ready-to-eat plant-based meals delivered, Australia wide.
At the time of writing (October 2022), there are 21 singular plant-based meals to choose from; there are also bundles and snacks available to purchase.
All dishes are 100% vegan and crafted with fresh and authentic ingredients and use plant-based proteins. The meals are frozen to lock in flavours and nutrients.
There are low-gluten meals available on their menu. These meals have nearly no gluten in them except for the soy sauce. These meals include:
- Chilli Tofu Stir Fry
- Chinese Sweet and Sour Stir Fry
- Teriyaki Tempeh
- Thai Basil Pork with Rice
- Bacon Fried Rice

Pam Pam offers an array of plant-based ready-to-eat meals full of flavour and a traditional Asian taste. We love their variety of tastes from Korean, Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Malaysian – this is a great point of difference to many meal providers!
Most of the plant-based meat used in each dish is made of soy protein and pea protein – this delivers a meat-like taste and texture and ensures a high protein content in each meal. Using ‘faux’ meats made from plant-based proteins can be a great source of fibre, folate and iron however they are often highly processed and may contain preservatives and additives to imitate real meat.
Pam Pam meals use mostly whole food ingredients and meals are fulfilling and satiating.
