Each meal in the Youfoodz FUEL’D range is designed around its high protein content with the aim to aid with muscle development and to keep you fuller for longer. The meals are packed full of fresh ingredients and complex carbohydrates for a complete, delicious and satisfying meal. 

The FUEL’D range includes 30 high-protein meals including new seasonal recipes and takes on classics and Youfoodz favourites. Protein portions range between 30-50g per meal. There are only meat options available in the FUEL’D range with plenty of options available to suit most taste preferences.

The meals in the FUEL’D range are larger in portion size than other Youfoodz ready-to-eat meals and are great for individuals who have higher calorie and protein requirements or a larger appetite. The FUEL’D range is convenient and cost-effective.

Nutrition Rundown

The Youfoodz FUEL’D range provides macronutrient, balanced ready-to-eat meals designed to keep you fuller for longer. There are a variety of proteins to choose from and are great for those who are counting macros or have a higher calorie demand. 

The higher protein and larger portions of carbohydrates are a great post-training meal to refuel and replenish. If we were to improve the FUEL’D meal range we would like the ingredient list to prioritise wholefood ingredients and fewer flavour enhancements, colours and thickeners. 

A larger serving of vegetables would also be a plus for extra fibre, nutrients and crunch!  

Our flavour pick (as of March 2022) is the FUEL’D Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice!
