Workout Meals are designed for time-poor, healthy & fitness-focused individuals. Each meal has been created by a certified Nutritionist and chefs with the purpose of helping individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals

Workout Meals Weight Loss Meal Plan is aimed to fuel your weight loss journey. At the time of writing (Nov 2021), you can choose between a 5 (10 meals), 6 (12 meals) or 7 (14 meals) day plan.  

Individuals are invited to complete the meal pack questionnaire for a tailored meal plan. The macros are clearly stated for each day and meal. The Weight Loss Meal Plan is easily customisable – you can choose up to 4 meals a day, a juice and a snack depending on your personal preferences.

Nutrition Rundown

Workout Meals have a real food approach to Nutrition. Ingredients are seasonal, fresh and either sourced from their own farm in NSW or locally. There is nothing artificial or processed listed. 

Meals on the Weight Loss Meal Plan are high protein and low calorie with vegetables included in each meal. The portion sizes are filling whilst supporting portion control. Refined carbohydrates are excluded and swapped for low carb, real food replacements e.g. cauliflower or broccoli rice and meals are low in fats.

TIP: Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice for extra flavour. 

Not satisfied with your meal? Add an extra serving of leafy greens or steamed greens to each meal to increase fibre and nutrient content.
