Marley Spoon is all about convenience and inspiring people to cook recipes from scratch in 6 easy steps. Marley Spoon offers two plans: 2 person and 4 person. For each plan, you can choose from 2, 3, 4, 5 meals per week. 

The low-calorie recipes available are approximately 350-550 calories/per serving and are suitable for those watching their caloric intake, for weight loss or maintenance or looking for lighter meals. 

At the time of writing (October 2023), there are at least 3 recipes tagged as low-calorie. This may change each week.

Nutrition Rundown

The low-calorie meals are macronutrient balanced – high-fibre seasonal vegetables, low-GI wholegrains, include lean proteins and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. At the time of writing, there are limited low-calorie options and we hope to see their offering expand in the future. 

It’s important to note as this is a meal kit it is easy to customise the ingredients and choose healthy swaps to suit a low-calorie way of eating.
