Macros – Weight Loss Plan
Macros Weight Loss Plan includes single-serve meals that are low in carbs and calories to help support an individual’s weight loss goals. Each of the weight loss meals are 300g and under 350g calories.
At the time of writing (March 2021) you can choose 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week with a large variety and interesting meals on the menu. There are approximately 40 meals below 350 calories with 7 of them classified as plant-based meals. Meals are easily customisable to suit dietary preferences e.g. no added gluten and there is an additional feature to help filter additional allergens from meals.
The Macros Weight Loss Plan offers macronutrient controlled meals, made fresh to order. All meals on this plan are calorie-controlled and include a balance of macronutrients in each meal, with the ratios stated clearly on each meal. The protein portion is smaller when compared to other Macros plans and mostly feature vegetables and carbohydrates. Some meals taste a little bit bland and lack flavour.
Tip: Try sprinkling raw nuts and seeds, hemp seeds or adding a small portion of hummus to increase the amount of protein in each meal.
