My Muscle Chef – Calorie Control Plan
My Muscle Chef allows you to choose and personalise 3 different meals plans in align with your health and nutrition goals. The Calorie Control plan includes balanced meals with low kilojoules and rich in nutrients
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Calorie Control plan allows you to choose between 10 – 14 meals per week between 5, 6 or 7-day packages. This plan aims to help the consumer reduce calorie intake from food and maximise nutrition.
Examples of low-calorie meals on this plan include:
- Osso Bucco in Red Wine Sauce (313 calories)
- Poached Barramundi With Tomato, Kaffir Lime & Vegetables (319 calories)
- Lemongrass Turkey with Cauliflower & Quinoa Rice (378 calories)
You can easily choose and swap individual meals that are based on your own macro preferences and in align with your personalised health goals.
My Muscle Chef’s Calorie Control plan has been designed to support a regular exercise routine in order to reach your weight loss or health goal. This plan aims to support weight loss through macronutrient balanced, portion-controlled meals, low in calories. Meals use low sugar, low carb and low-fat ingredients. Meals are frozen therefore lack a variety of fresh vegetables.
TIP: Try to add a serving of crunchy salad veggies to your meals.
