Garden of Vegan provides 100% organic, whole-food, gluten and oil-free, fully vegan meals. The Weight Loss Meal Plan has been designed to meet your daily nutrient requirements whilst restricting calories safely, to ensure you achieve your weight loss goals.

The Weight Loss Meal Plan is a wholefood plant-based weight loss meal plan. The meals on this plan are low in fat, and low in sodium and are all under 450 calories. At the time of writing (March 2023), you can choose between a 5 or 7-day weight loss plan that includes 3 meals a day. 

  • 5 days = 15 prepared meals
  • 7 days = 21 prepared meals

It’s great how you can customise your plan and swap out meals to suit your tastes and preferences. There is also an option to add a side. 

Macros are clearly outlined for each day and allow you to track and measure your food

Garden of Vegan’s meals are nutrient-dense and healthy and use a variety of 100% certified organic ingredients in every meal to support sustainable weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. 

Meals are tasty, and filling and are delivered fresh, not frozen. Each meal is less than 450 calories, are protein-packed and is macronutrient balanced – leaving you feeling satisfied and satiated. 

Smoothies are recommended as an additional snack or breakfast option.
