Nutrition Rundown

Workout Meals has a real food approach to Nutrition and offers balanced meals focusing on protein and vegetables in every meal. The ingredients used are mostly seasonal and fresh however looking closely at the ingredient lists meals do contain some preservatives and additives. Proteins include lean chicken, seafood, beef, lamb and turkey. We love how the refined carbohydrates are excluded and swapped for low-carb, real food replacements e.g. cauliflower rice.

Ready-made meals can offer several benefits when it comes to helping you reach your fitness goals. It’s important to note that the quality and nutritional content of ready-made meals can vary widely, so it’s essential to choose wisely.
