My Muscle Chef – Muscle Gain Plan
My Muscle Chef allows you to choose and personalise 3 different meals plans that align with your nutrition goals. The Muscle Gain plan delivers high protein meals to aid with muscle gain.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Muscle Gain plan allows you to choose between 20 – 28 meals per week between 5, 6 or 7-day packages. This plan aims to help the consumer gain muscle in a healthy way. There is lots of variety and helps to take the guesswork out of nutrition and meals.
You can easily choose individual meals that are based on your macro preferences that align with your personalised health goals.
My Muscle Chef’s Muscle Gain plan includes a wide variety of balanced macronutrient meals that combine high protein and high calories in each meal. Meals are made up of a range of lean proteins, strategic carbohydrates (favouring complex carbohydrates) and energy-dense/starchy vegetables. Meals are frozen and lack fresh crunchy vegetables therefore you may want to add crunchy salad veggies to your meals.
TIP: Be aware of meal sizes and calories in each meal as some can be very high and may not match your energy needs for the day (e.g. if you’re not sticking to your training routine).
