MACROS Perform Plan is one of the MACROS Fitness plan options and includes single-serve meals that are protein-packed, with a moderate amount of carbs to help fuel stamina, energy and recovery. Each meal is 350g, a slightly larger portion size than the Sculpt Plan.
At the time of writing (April 2023) you can choose from 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week with a large variety of dietitian-designed meals. The aim of the meals on this plan is to support and maintain peak fitness. Weekly meals are customisable to individual dietary preferences and there is a feature to filter and exclude allergens.
All meals are fresh, not frozen and there is an integration with MyFitnessPal to track your macro intake throughout the day.
The MACROS Perform Plan includes a large variety of dietitian-approved meals all of which are macronutrient controlled. Portion sizes and macros vary depending on the chosen fitness goal and the macronutrient ratios are clearly marked on each meal. Meals are unprocessed and balanced and are a quick and easy way to support your health goals.
Flavour and texture can vary between meals upon reheating. Depending on your individual training routine and hunger levels, for some extra protein sprinkle meals with raw nuts and seeds or hemp seeds or add a side of dark leafy greens.
