Macros – Balanced Plan
Macros Balanced plan helps you to eat healthy, every day. All meals are dietitian designed and include healthy and balanced options for everyone, every day.
At the time of writing (March 2021) you can choose between 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week with a large variety of meals to choose from. Meals are single-serve, 350g per serve. Meals are customisable to your dietary preferences with options including plant-based, paleo, dairy-free, no added gluten and no added nuts. There is also an extra feature to filter and exclude additional allergens e.g soy or seafood.
All meals are macronutrient controlled, with each macronutrient clearly stated on each menu item. Meals are made fresh to order and aren’t frozen with some meals including raw salad ingredients. The menu is updated weekly so it is great for individuals who get bored with the same old meals. Meals include an adequate portion of quality protein however simple carbohydrates also feature in most meals e.g. white pasta and white rice, therefore it’s good to be aware of your intake and choose some meals that are also vegetable-based.
