Garden of Vegan provides 100% organic, whole-food, gluten and oil-free, fully vegan meals. The Fitness & Performance Meal Plan has been designed for athletes to increase muscle mass and improve performance and recovery. 

At the time of writing (September 2021), you can choose between a 5 or 7-day Fitness & Performance Meal Plan and this includes 3 meals a day and one side.

You can customise your plan and swap out meals to suit your tastes and preferences.

Macros are clearly outlined for each day and this flexible meal plan helps you track your calories and modify where needed to suit your individualised needs.

Nutrition Rundown

Garden of Vegan’s meals are nutrient-dense and healthy and use a variety of certified organic ingredients in every meal. Meals on this plan include whole-food carbohydrates, plant-based protein and healthy essential fatty acids. Meals include a variety of colourful and fresh vegetables.

Smoothies are recommended as an additional snack or breakfast option.

The 7-day Fitness & Performance Meal Plan includes 28 meals, a box of fresh fruit and leafy greens and B12 snacks to support optimal nutrition intake and a plant-based diet.
