Product Description

MACROS Gain Plan is one of the MACROS Fitness plan options and includes single-serve meals calorie-loaded and packed with carbs and protein to fuel muscle growth. Each Gain meal is 450g, this is the largest portion size meal on the Fitness plan options.

At the time of writing (April 2023) you can choose from 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week with a large variety of dietitians designed and balanced meals. The aim of the meals on this plan is to help build muscle mass. Weekly meals are customisable to individual dietary preferences and there is a feature to filter and exclude allergens. All meals are fresh, not frozen, unprocessed and made from whole foods.

There is an integration with MyFitnessPal to track your macro intake throughout the day.

Nutrition Rundown

The MACROS Gain Plan includes a large variety of macronutrient-controlled and dietitian-approved meals. The meals on this plan are high in carbohydrates and calories and lower in protein when compared to the other Fitness plans (MACROS Perform and Sculpt Plans). The macronutrient ratios are clearly marked on each meal and meals are made with fresh and unprocessed ingredients.

Some meals’ flavours lack and textures vary when reheated. The high portion of carbohydrates on this plan is to help support muscle gains so if this is your health goal or you are wanting to increase your weight this plan is for you.
