Chef Good’s Personal Best Plans include calorie controlled plans for 1200, 1500 or 1800 calories. These plans are ideal for those who want to maintain their weight or promote weight loss.
The Personal Best Plan lets you choose between 5-day and 7-day plans, and includes 5 meals (including snacks) a day. You can swap out meals to suit your calorie goals or taste preferences, with the macronutrient breakdown for each meal visible on the website. The main meals typically contain less than 600 calories per serving.
Nutrition Rundown
There is a large variety and an adequate balance of macronutrients in each meal with several meal options and cuisines to choose from. Meals are balanced and focus on adequate protein portions per meal (between 30-40g), which is important for weight management. Some meals seem to lack fibre and a variety of fresh vegetables however there is a great variety of meal options to choose from.
