Chef Good’s Slim & Trim meal plan is a weight loss plan made to help kick your weight loss goals and is ideal for sustained weight loss.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Slim & Trim plan lets you choose between 5 and 14 meals each week. Each meal is calorie-controlled to 350 calories/per meal.

Chefgood’s Slim & Trim meal plan is calorie-controlled and meals are based on a low carb, high protein model. Each meal ensures a source of protein-rich, lean meat or alternative (including vegetarian options). The pre-made Chefgood meals may lack adequate fibre and a variety of fresh vegetables.
