Youfoodz is a flexible subscription-based service that offers convenient, pre-made meals. The Youfoodz Low Calorie meal plan makes a low-calorie diet easy to follow with a range of satisfying ready-made meals. 

At the time of writing (May 2023) you can select Low Calorie as your preference for your meal plan each week. You can also select the number of meals you prefer to receive –  5, 7, 9, 12 (most popular), 14, 16 or 18 meals per week. 

There are 60 new and favourite meals to choose from each week. Currently, there are 10 meals tagged as under 400cal however, this changes weekly. The low-calorie meals are dietitian-approved, fulfilling and nutritious. 

The Low Calorie meal plan helps take the planning and meal prep out of cooking.

Nutrition Rundown

The Youfoodz Low Calorie meal plan includes a variety of meals that are under 400cal to help make a low-calorie diet easy to follow. 

The meal portions are on the smaller side however this is great if you struggle with portion control. To increase fibre intake you can add an extra serving of leafy greens or salad veggies to your meal. We love the use of locally sourced ingredients however we would like to see fewer flavour enhancements, colours and thickeners.

There are a number of reasons individuals choose to follow a low-calorie diet. Such as:
