VegMeUp is the perfect meal kit for consumers wanting plant-based meals while reducing their environmental footprint with environmentally friendly packaging and waste-free portions. Meals are 100% plant-based, chef-designed and with a repertoire of over 100 recipes it’s easy to find something you like. Consumers simply need to choose which meal plan they want and how many meals they require for the week and VegMeUp ships locally through Melbourne and Geelong region and Sydney to deliver fresh produce and their accompanying easy recipe to follow.
At the time of writing this (Feb 2024) they currently offer two different meal plans:
- A 2-person box – Selection of 3 meals starting from $62.70/first week or 4 meals starting at $83.60/first week.
- A 4-person box – Selection of 2 meals starting from $80.60/first week or 3 meals starting from $201.50/first week
Nutrition Rundown
VegMeUp focuses on making delicious easy to cook fun vegan dishes, with vegetables for the most part being locally and seasonally sourced. Weekly recipes are updated with favourites rotated to bring variety and refreshing tastes. At the time of writing this (July 2023), VegMeUp offers 6 recipes weekly to choose from and can guarantee that it will take a minimum of 7 weeks before you will see the same dish again.
We love the variety of recipes from all corners of the world including:

Meals include a difficulty rating and a time estimate to create each dish. They also include a nutritional panel outlining nutrient breakdowns and ingredient lists. This meal kit is great as all ingredients are whole foods with no added nasties!
TIP: Ensure each meal contains adequate protein, if a meal contains less than 20-25g of protein add some extras to your dishes such as nuts, seeds, tofu, tempeh, lentils or beans.
