These meal kits are suitable for most people, especially those needing a helping hand in the kitchen without sacrificing healthy. The menu is rotated regularly to keep things interesting and also match the seasonality of produce. Each recipe contains a quality source of protein, a serving of fresh vegetables and typically a carbohydrate source such as whole grains, potatoes, pasta, noodles etc. Consumers can filter recipes by protein type and vegetable type to find recipes that match their taste!
For those looking for a higher vegetable serving check out their vegetarian box! At the time of writing this (Feb 2022) for the first two orders with Pepper Leaf, they will add seasonal fruit to your order for free.
TIP: If you’re looking to increase protein or increase satiety with meals consider adding some crushed nuts or seeds to meals. This will add some crunch to meals whilst keeping you fuller for longer and increasing the nutrient density of meals!
