Marley Spoon is all about convenience and inspiring people to cook recipes from scratch in 6 easy steps. They focus on locally sourced, pre-portioned ingredients for zero food waste. Marley Spoon offers two plans: 2 person and 4 person. For each plan, you can choose from 2, 3, 4, 5 meals per week. 

At the time of writing (June 2021), you can choose from a variety of 27+ recipes each week. The weekly meal kit is easily customisable to individual dietary preferences.

Nutrition Rundown

Marley Spoon considers dietary/lifestyle requirements including vegan, low calorie, healthy, fast, vegetarian, no-added gluten, dairy-free and family-friendly.

Recipes consider ‘healthy’ eating requirements such as low-calorie (250-550 calories/per serve), reduced-carb (less than 25g of carbs/per service) and meals are balanced – high fibre, low GI and include lean proteins. The full ingredient list for each product used in the recipes is available.

Tip:  The meal portions are standard and fulfilling however some meals lack an adequate portion of vegetables. We would advise adding a portion of leafy or steamed greens when selecting the higher calorie/carbohydrate-heavy meals to ensure adequate nutrient and fibre intake at meal time.

For families with fussy eaters, it’s easy to omit or swap certain ingredients to suit taste preferences.
