My Muscle Chef has created a Low Carb Pack for those who are wanting to reduce their carbohydrate intake. The Low Carb Pack aims to support a low carbohydrate diet, stabilise blood sugar levels and manage weight, focusing on lean proteins, vegetables and healthy fats.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Low Carb Pack is a fixed set of 10 meals with the option to add additional items e.g. frittata, protein shakes, bites and bars. Each portion-controlled meal includes less than 20g of carbohydrates.
Examples of low carb meals in this pack include:
- Clean Chicken Caesar With Almonds & Beef Rashers (20g carbohydrates)
- Chicken & Cauliflower Bake (15g of carbohydrates)
- Naked Beef Fajitas (13g carbohydrates)

My Muscle Chef’s Low Carb Pack provides an easy and fuss-free way of eating if your aim is to reduce carbohydrates in your diet. Meals include a variety of lean proteins and range or low carb vegetables and tasty, light sauces. This is a fixed meal plan, therefore, you’re unable to swap or change the meals in this pack to suit your individualised tastes. Meals are frozen therefore lack a variety of crunchy fresh vegetables.
