MACROS Plant-Based Plan includes single-serve, 100% plant-based meals for an individual looking to follow a balanced plant-based diet. Meals feature plant proteins including non-GMO tofu & tempeh, nuts and seeds, chickpeas, beans etc. 

At the time of writing (April 2023) you can choose from 13 different 35og plant-based meals each week. There is an option to filter and customise meals further to suit your individual dietary preferences however this can limit the plan-based meals available. On the Plant-based Meal Plan, you can select  7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals delivered per week.

Nutrition Rundown

The MACROS Plant-Based Plan includes dietitian-approved meals which are macronutrient controlled. Each macronutrient ratio is clearly stated for each meal along with ingredient lists and allergens present. MACROS use wholefood ingredients with limited preservatives and additives. 

When compared to other plans, meals feature a larger portion of carbohydrates and are packed full of different vegetables and flavours. This plan is a great way to transition and stick to a plant-based diet at home and takes the fuss out of meal prep and planning.
