MACROS Plant Based Plan includes single-serve, 100% plant-based meals for an individual looking to follow a balanced plant-based diet. Meals feature plant proteins including tofu, chickpeas, beans etc.
At the time of writing (March 2021) you can choose from 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week. There are 9 different plant-based meals and there is an option to filter and customise meals to suit individual dietary preferences however filtering only 9 meal options limits variety on this plan.
The MACROS Plant Based Plan includes dietitian-approved meals which are macronutrient controlled. Macronutrient ratios are clearly stated for each meal. When compared to other plans, meals feature a larger portion of carbohydrates and are packed full of different vegetables. This plan is a great way to transition to a plant-based style of eating yet with a lack of variety this meal plan would not be a great as a long term option.
