MACROS Family Plan includes family-friendly and family-sized meals. Each family meal is 700g and serves two people. All meals are dietitian designed, balanced and protein-packed. 

At the time of writing (April 2023) you can choose between 7, 10, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week with a large variety of meals to choose from. Meals are easily customisable to suit your individualised dietary preferences with several options from plant-based to low calorie and there is a great feature to help filter and exclude additional allergens from meals e.g. onion or soy.

Nutrition Rundown

The MACROS Family Plan is ideal for a two-person household as meals are balanced and use whole food ingredients with no added preservatives or additives. All meals are macronutrient controlled and made fresh to order (not frozen), with some meals including raw, salad vegetables.

The macronutrient ratio in each meal is clearly stated and meals include an adequate source of quality protein. Some meals are bland – try seasoning with salt, peppery, olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs.
