Hello Fresh – Meat & Veggies Plan
Hello Fresh’s Meat & Veggies Plan is the most popular meal kit plan from Hello Fresh.
At the time of writing (March 2021), you can easily personalise your plan size for 2 or 4 people and select the number of recipes 3, 4, 5. There are around 26 different recipes to choose from each week with a large variety of options. You can also choose recipes based on the approximate prep to cooking time e.g. 15min recipes to 45min recipes. Meals can be further customised based on individual dietary requirements – Naturally gluten-free, no pork, no fish and calorie smart (<650 calories).
Meals are dietitian-approved and based around a balanced meal structure including ¼ lean protein, ¼ healthy carbohydrates and ½ veggies along with healthy fats.
Ingredients are seasonal and farm-fresh and there is a large variety of options compared to other meal delivery services. Meals lack an adequate amount of vegetables therefore may not be appropriate as a long term option but great for times when meal prep and planning are a low priority.
TIP: Add a serving of leafy greens to increase the nutritional value of the meals.
