Chef Good – Vegetarian Meal Plan
Chef Good’s Vegetarian meal plan is based on the Everyday Wellness meal plan and includes a variety of plant-based meals with local produce and natural ingredients.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Vegetarian meal plan lets you choose between 5 and 14 meals each week. You can pick, choose and swap your meals according to your own personal preferences and dietary requirements.

- Ricotta Gnocchi with Tomato & Basil Sauce
- Smoked Cheese & Pico De Gallo Quesadilla
- Black Bean Tofu & Vegetable Brown Rice
Chefgood’s Vegetarian meal plan includes meat-free, plant-based protein alternatives e.g. egg, tofu and beans. Try to choose meals with the protein content ranging between 20-30g per meal. Meals include lentils, cashews, chickpeas, sweet potato and a variety of fresh vegetables. This is a great, creative way to explore plant-based eating.
