Chef Good – Everyday Wellness Plan
Chef Good’s Everyday Wellness Plan is a meal plan with larger portion sizes and nutritionally balanced meals, ideal for those who want to maintain their weight.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021) the Everyday Wellness Plan lets you choose between 5 and 14 meals each week. The most popular meals on this plan include:
- Ricotta Gnocchi with Tomato and Basil Sauce
- Chicken and Black Bean Burrito
- Nonnas Lasagne
You can easily view their menu and macronutrient breakdown for each meal is visible on the website with calories ranging from approx. 400-500 calories per serve.
There are clear options for ‘No added gluten’ and ‘No added dairy’ meals within the Everyday Wellness meal plan.
There is a large variety and an adequate balance of macronutrients in each meal with a number of meal options and cuisines to choose from. Meals are balanced and focus on adequate protein portions per meal (between 30-40g), which is important for weight management. Some meals seem to lack fibre and a variety of fresh vegetables.
Tip: Add fibre and increase your veggie intake by adding a serving of vegetables to your meals.
