Bondi Meal Prep creates freshly prepared and healthy quick meals. Each meal includes optimum ratios of protein, fats and carbohydrates and is designed for everyone – from personal trainers to bodybuilders and busy individuals. You can select meals from the Single Meals section or build your own 10, 14 or 24 meal plan.

At the time of writing (Jan 2024), there are 12 Low Carb meals available. Meals marked as Low Carb are designed to provide a balance of protein, nutrients, fats and carbohydrates.The meals are nutrient-rich and full of flavour.

Detailed nutrition information, macronutrient breakdown and a full list of ingredients and allergens are listed on each product. All Bondi Meal Prep’s proteins are Halal Certified however it’s important to note that the meals themselves have not been certified.
