The online order process is simple – view the menu, select your meals according to your dietary preferences and allergens, then the chefs prepare your meals and deliver them fresh to your door.
When choosing my readymade meals, I recognised a lot of menu items from my previous order, however overall, the HerbiDoor menu has been updated. You can now select from their ‘signature series’, ‘vegan active meals’, ‘$8.95 everyday essentials’, ‘comfort meals’, vegan meats, breakfast’s, desserts, and gluten-free menu. They also offer ‘low sodium’ menu items which is great as some of the meals from my previous order contained high amounts of sodium. HerbiDoor’s ability to customise your meals is a standout feature – the allergens filter allows you to select from onion, sesame, peanut, nut, ginger and mushroom free.
Their new ‘$8.95 everyday essentials’ menu was really appealing from a price point however, it was a smaller range than I expected, with only 4 items to choose from. It would great to see this menu expanded to appeal to budget conscious consumers.
