Greens Powder’s are a popular choice amongst the supplement community, however with so many different brands promising numerous benefits, which one actually lives up the hype?

I trialled Vitable’s Clean Greens Powder for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by both the taste and impact. Unlike many grassy-tasting greens powders, this one blended smoothly with water and offered a refreshing tropical flavour with a hint of cinnamon. It’s one of the best-tasting formulas I’ve tried. Within a week, I noticed improved digestion and even received compliments on my skin. However, the container only includes 15 servings, which isn’t quite enough for consistent, long-term use. For daily greens, you’d likely need to purchase two tubs per month, which reduces the cost-effectiveness compared to alternatives like The Healthy Chef’s Everyday Greens.

Nutritionally, the formula is well-designed for digestive support and antioxidant intake. It features Sunfiber—a low-FODMAP prebiotic fibre known to support gut health—alongside green banana flour, bromelain, aloe vera, and a blend of organic greens like spirulina and chlorella. While it does an excellent job providing 5g of fibre per serve, it lacks probiotics, which limits its benefit for comprehensive gut support. For those wanting a more complete formula, I’d suggest exploring multi-nutrient powders like Athletic Greens or Good Green Vitality by Nuzest, which combine pre- and probiotics with a broader range of vitamins and minerals.
