Product Description

Youfoodz makes healthy ready-made meals, delivered fresh Australia-wide with no cooking required. Recently (August 2022)  they have changed to a ‘Meal Plan’ subscription model moving away from one-time purchasing and picking meals from a catalogue. You can now pick meals from a weekly menu and have regular deliveries. You can not purchase Youfoodz meals without a meal plan.

Currently (September 2022) Youfoodz allows you to create your own meal plan to suit your lifestyle. Set your preferences – Everyday Healthy, Low Calorie (under 400 calories), Vegetarian, Flexitarian and select the number of meals per week – 5, 7, 9, 12 (most popular), 14, 16 or 18 meals. You can select from 60 meals each week.

Youfoodz likes to keep its menu interesting with 23+ recipes and new menu items each week.

There are a number of tags on each meal in the weekly menu helping you curate your own meal plan. Tags include:

  • Under 400kcal
  • Under 15g Fat
  • Under 30g Carbs
  • Over 30g Protein
  • Vegetarian
  • Customer Favourite
  • Premium Protein
  • Youfoodz FUEL’D Range (high protein)

You now have to click into each meal to view the macros and nutritional information. Once you click into each meal – Calories, Ingredients and Allergens are all listed. Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-free items are available.

Nutrition Rundown

Youfoodz creates a variety of macronutrient-balanced ready-to-eat meals with options for everyone. They use a range of proteins in each meal, carbohydrates, vegetables and healthy fats.

We would like the ingredient list to prioritise wholefood ingredients and fewer flavour enhancements, colours and thickeners. A larger serving of vegetables would also be a plus for extra fibre, nutrients and crunch!
