Soulara is a 100% vegan, plant-based meal delivery service with all meals, drinks and snacks free of any animal products. Each meal focuses on whole food ingredients, minimally processed foods and maximum nutrition. 

Soulara is a subscription-based model and offers a variety of plans, differing in price. You can choose from 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 or 24 meals per week. You can now also choose the size of your meals, Regular – 350g meals or Large 450g. 

At the time of writing (November 2023), there are 21+ meals marked as Gluten Free, when filtering the menu. This may change each week. Although meals are marked as gluten-free – this refers to the ‘free of gluten’ ingredients as ALL meals are made in a facility that also processes gluten and therefore would not be suited for an individual who is a coeliac. These meals would be best for individuals who are sensitive to gluten.

Nutrition Rundown

Soulara’s Gluten Free meals are nutritionally balanced and include satiating fibre, plant protein, healthy fats and low GI, gluten-free carbohydrates. All meals are fresh, not frozen. There are a large variety of gluten-free meals weekly, which may be hard to find on other meal subscription services.
