Nutrition Rundown

Dietlicious Pescatarian meals are chef-made, with real ingredients. Meals are heavily protein and plant-based and include a variety of vegetables and some whole grains. Macronutrients and allergens are clearly stated for each meal. The Pescatarian meals are protein-rich and full of health-promoting essential fatty acids. They are also very generous with vegetable portions.

Dietlicious is known for its home-style cooking with real ingredients – no fake foods or additives. They choose to use a variety of flavours and herbs and spices and are great for individuals following a pescatarian and plant-based diet.

Tip: Some of the Dietlicious Pescatarian meals have little or no source of carbohydrates included and portion sizes can be on the smaller side. For a nutritionally balanced meal add a side of complex carbohydrates to feel fulfilled and satisfied.
