Chefgoods No Added Gluten Plan is a meal plan for individuals following a gluten-free diet and wanting fresh and tasty meals, delivered. This meal plan is designed for people with gluten sensitivity and it is not suitable for coeliacs.
At the time of writing (October 2023), the No Added Gluten Plan lets you choose between 5 and 20 meals each week. The dietitian-designed meals include lots of fresh veggies and whole foods including legumes, brown rice and quinoa.

Nutrition Rundown
There is a variety of delicious No Added Gluten meals on this plan. Meals are nutritionally balanced and focus on adequate protein portions for each meal (approximately between 20-40g). Some meals favour carbohydrates and seem to lack fibre and a variety of fresh vegetables.
