A Life Plus prepares gluten-free meals and products that meet Coeliac requirements; however, it’s important to note that meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also prepares gluten-containing meals. 

At the time of writing (April 2023), there are 3, 5 and 7 day Gluten Free Meal Plans for lunch and dinner as well as a range of Gluten Free snacks that can be added to the plan.
