Marley Spoon is all about convenience and inspiring people to cook recipes from scratch in 6 easy steps. Marley Spoon offers two plans: 2 person and 4 person. For each plan, you can choose from 2, 3, 4, or 5 meals per week. 

Each week there are several meals tagged as ‘Low-Carb’. These recipes contain less than 25g of carbs/per serve. Each meal features seasonal and fresh vegetables, proteins, healthy fats and delicious flavour.

At the time of writing (October 2023), there are a minimum of 4 recipes tagged as Low-Carb. This may change each week.

Nutrition Rundown

Meals are balanced – high fibre, low GI, include lean proteins and exclude sources of refined or processed carbs. The complete ingredient list for each product used in the recipes is available.

We found there is not a huge amount of Low-Carb options however you can easily adjust your other meals and recipes by reducing the amount of carbs to meet your low-carbohydrate needs.

Tip: The meal portions are standard however some lack an adequate amount of vegetables. We would advise adding some leafy or steamed greens to your meals.
