Marley Spoon is all about convenience and inspiring people to cook recipes from scratch in 6 easy steps. Marley Spoon offers two plans: 2 person and 4 person. For each plan, you can choose from 2, 3, 4, 5 meals per week. 

The reduced-carb recipes available are less than 25g of carbs/per serve.

Nutrition Rundown

Meals are balanced – high fibre, low GI, include lean proteins and excludes sources of refined or processed carbs. The full ingredient list for each product used in the recipes is available.

Tip: The meal portions are standard however some lack an adequate portion of vegetables. We would advise adding a portion of leafy or steamed greens to your meals.
