You can select meals from the Single Meals section or build your own 10, 14 or 24 meal plan.
Meals marked as Keto ensure macronutrient-balanced, portion-controlled meals that are high-fat and low-carb to support energy levels. The meals are nutrient-rich and full of flavour.
Detailed nutrition information, macronutrient breakdown and a full list of ingredients and allergens are listed on each product. All Bondi Meal Prep’s proteins are Halal Certified however it’s important to note that the meals themselves have not been certified.
Bondi Meal Preps Keto meals boast local and fresh produce with premium cuts of meat, free-range chicken, sustainably sourced fish and a variety of fresh vegetables. The keo meals ensure you eat protion-controlled meals and are great in helping stick to a high-fat and low-carbohydrate diet.
The portion sizes are great and each meal is loaded with fresh vegetables. Currently, there is a small variety of Keto meals when compared to other meal providers and some meals are particularly salty (yet delicious)!
